Please return items to us by post within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature of our products, items must be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact to be eligible for a full refund.
To complete your return, please email email@example.com, stating your order number, why you are returning your item, and proof of shipping receipt.
We highly recommend that you return your items using a recorded service. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item has arrived damaged or faulty.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges 😔, but please do not hesitate to purchase a different product whilst your return is being processed. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your order.
How long do refunds take?
Once we have received the returned item, we will aim to issue you a full refund within 5 working days. All refunds processed will be paid back via your original method of payment.
An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?
First of all, we are so sorry to hear this! These things do happen on a rare occasion so please send us an email to email@example.com with your order number, an image of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to help.
